Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Music Teacher, with leadership or management experience preferred
* Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
* Legal right to work in the UK
