HR Administrator
Location: Crick NN6
Hours: 07:30am-16:00pm Monday-Thursday, 07:30am-13:00pm Friday
Job Duties:
1. Accurate maintenance and administration of the HR systems and benefits, being the first point of contact for external suppliers.
2. Support the Talent & Acquisition Lead with all recruitment activities as and when required.
3. Manage HR inbox and screen incoming calls.
4. Report monthly HR Metrics for the HR department, ensuring data accuracy and deadlines are met.
5. Administer timely updates to employee records and systems, including starters, leavers and contract changes, and issuing letters as applicable.
6. Support the HR Department in the implementation of new processes, systems, policies, and procedures, aiming to reduce complexity and improve employee experience.
7. Assist the HR Department in the presentation of HR data within reports and statutory returns.
8. Ensure HR Systems are always kept up to date and audited in line with GDPR requirements.
What You'll Need:
1. Previous experience gained in a similar HR related role.
2. Strong working knowledge of HR best practice.
3. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
4. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
