About the Role
The demand for experienced registered drain layers has never been higher, and if you're seeking long-term job security, this is the role for you. My client is working on a number of projects across the Canterbury Region, from large infrastructure projects to council work and sub-divisions.
Role Requirements
* Operate a number of plant from diggers to small plant like plate compactors.
* Read plans, plan, order, and ensure materials are onsite to meet project timelines.
* Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems.
* Demonstrate your experience in leading a small team.
* Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
* Prepare and complete data for monthly claims.
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Minimum 2 years' civil construction experience, preferably involved in water, wastewater, and stormwater.
* Experience in the operation of plant, Class 2 and WTR.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to pass all pre-employment checks.

Salary: $30pr/h - $40pr/h (Experience Dependent)
Hours: Monday to Friday
