Pay Rate: £15p/h Hours: 08:00-17:00 You will be required to: Manage a constant switchboard and answer calls in a professional and polite manner. Maintain the scheduling for meeting rooms and meeting and greeting guests and clients. Deal with email inbox management and diary management. Organise events and manage any queries that may be associated. The ideal person will be: Confident and assertive. Proactive and a quick-learner. Strong communication skills and can thrive under pressure. Ideally have a degree-level education.
