Provide clerical support for purchasing of all items used by the company- Based at our Washington premises the ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on computerised systems, raising purchase orders, following up on all paper work, receiving items onto to computer system (Microsoft Dynamics) cross checking delivery notes with purchase orders -quantities and price. Attention to detail and methodical working practices are required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
