Join our Operations team as a Supply Chain Operations professional and take ownership of inbound supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing weekly inbound scheduling, ordering, and forecasting processes, building relationships with external suppliers, and analyzing their performance through targeted KPIs.
You will partner closely with Procurement, Technical, Inventory, and Production teams to strengthen our supply portfolio and reduce risk, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared to internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Category ownership of inbound supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
* Executing weekly inbound scheduling, ordering, and forecasting processes
* Building and owning relationships with external suppliers
* Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on supplier performance through targeted KPIs
* Partnering closely with Procurement, Technical, Inventory, and Production teams
* Ensuring timely and accurate information is shared to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into actionable insights
* Ability to manage and coordinate stock levels across multiple sites
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Resilient and able to operate well under pressure
* Strong communicator and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
* Critical thinker with ability to identify opportunities and evaluate alternatives

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, London
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Every 6 weeks, weekend work will be required. 3 days in the office is required.
