Academics Rochester are working with a number of Primary Schools across the Medway Towns, who are seeking dedicated and experienced HLTA's to join them on a long term basis, with a view to start after the February half term break (Term 4).
The HLTA role will involve covering classes across Key Stage 1 and 2.
There will be the opportunity to teach the class as well as working with smaller groups of children, supporting them with the core subjects.
The ideal HLTA applicant
* HLTA qualification
* Minimum of 6 months experience covering classes
* Positive can do attitude with lots of enthusiasm
* Be approachable, engaging and encouraging to the students
* Hold HLTA status
* Uphold the safeguarding of all students to the school's policy and to the highest standard required.
* Work well independently and as part of a team
