This role requires an individual who is passionate about fitness, service standards and is prepared to lead from the front. As the Studio Manager, you'll be managing the club as your own. You must have a real passion for the industry, enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience Driving sales and new membership activity is very important for this role as well as delivering quality coaching to keep members motived and engaged. Some of the key responsibilities of this fitness job: Drive the membership sales and overall revenue of your studio. Meet or exceed required performance metrics (KPIs) Collaborate with Sales Director to ensure membership growth and retention Engage the local community to drive awareness Manage the daily operations of the studio. Manage studio operating expenses and payroll budgets within targets. Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff. Develop a high-energy culture through purpose-driven and incentive-based motivation. What are we looking for? Level 3 PT Qualification Proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry required. Management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating. Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting. Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.) Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organisational, and written skills. Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
