Contract Co-ordinator
Sapphire Vehicles Services Limited is a commercial vehicle fleet management company with a service provision packaged to offer a clearly defined portfolio of support services to both new and existing companies.
Currently operating 14 depots throughout the UK, Sapphire supports customers from a variety of industries with the day-to-day running of their commercial vehicles.
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for customer liaison, resource planning, and providing support to team members as and when required.
2. Process timesheets, compliance, defects, and WIP in a timely manner ensuring daily and weekly targets are achieved and manage WIP.
3. Ensure that work is issued and completed to agreed deadlines.
4. To ensure that equipment and staff are compliant and observe the relevant Health & Safety Regulations.
5. To ensure that authorisation procedures are met.
6. Control stock, ordering, and replenishment of parts.
Preferred Experience
1. Experience within a commercial dealer environment.
2. Ability to work within guidelines given and to deadlines.
3. Ability to actively seek solutions to problems.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
5. Good verbal communication skills.
6. Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.
Location: Hams Hall, B46 1AL, reporting to VMU Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday - 06:00-15:30 - 45 hours per week
Salary Range: £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience + benefits
Holiday: 22 days per year
