An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic individual to work within Ward 309 Breast and Gynaecology.
We seek an enthusiastic and experienced nurse leader with excellent interpersonal, proven leadership and organisational skills.
A sound knowledge and evidence of effective individual staff management and good team leading skills are essential to ensure nursing services are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of nurses, driving service improvements and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
This position will give the successful candidate opportunities to enhance their skills in an ever-evolving specialty as we transition to the Baird Family Hospital.
It is essential that you have significant post-registration experience and have worked at Band 6 level or above.
