Principal Product Management - Technical, Customer Reviews
The Customer Reviews team is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Technical. You will develop the roadmap and best practices for the efficient operation of, and future innovation with, Customer Reviews. You’ll need to operate with a high level of autonomy, operate analytically, working backwards from data and customer insights to tackle this highly ambiguous and high impact area. You will partner and engage with senior leaders across multiple Senior VP organizations to define and drive the changes, as well as other PM-Ts and crossfunctional partners internal and external to the Community Feedback organization.
Key job responsibilities
What you will do: You will establish the vision, continuously identify iterative opportunities to further raise the bar, and drive the delivery of Customer Review's next generation of customer-facing experiences. You will have the opportunity to lead engagement with our dedicated UX and engineering teams to define the roadmap, CX, experimentation strategy, success metrics, and more; obsessing over metrics and leveraging learnings along the way to continue championing the needs of all our customers. Given the strategic nature of this work, you will also regularly craft and present bar raising artifacts to senior leadership to ensure top-down alignment on your vision and plans.
A day in the life
What you will learn: You will have the opportunity to further develop communication skills - both written and verbal - to influence and work with senior management. You will develop skills in A/B testing, product thinking, and working cross-functionally with UX and engineering teams to drive experiences across all devices (desktop, mobile app, etc.) and in all geographies.
