The Assistant Box Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient operation of the Theatres Box Office, and maximising ticket sales for all performances, events and services offered by the Grand Opera House. The post holder works closely with the Box Office Manager to help lead and manage the Box Office function. This is a great opportunity for a confident and experienced professional with excellent knowledge of customer service standards, sales processes and techniques. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisationalskills and the ability to motivate and supervise a team of staff.
