The Role:
The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in developing and managing customer relationships, handling incoming enquiries, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of accounts within the metals industry
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Handling customer enquiries, providing quotations, and processing orders
* Identifying new sales opportunities and working proactively to convert leads into orders
* Liaising closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
* Maintaining accurate records using the company’s CRM system
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales, sales administration, or account management role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and develop within a sales environment
* Experience within the metals industry would be advantageous, but not essential
