Main duties:
* Run a specific kitchen section
* Plan menus and dishes with the Head Chef/Sous Chef
* Monitor food quality and hygiene standards
* Order stocks and supplies from approved suppliers
* Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
* Support and guide Commis Chefs
Requirements:
* Work varied shifts on a rota
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Passion for food and a mature manner
* Team player with ability to work under pressure
Accommodation: Provided on an all-inclusive basis for 59 GBP per week
