We are delighted to be supporting a leading business based in Cambridge as they seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role is a part time position for 20 hours per week, and within this role, you will report into the Financial Controller. The role will have some flexibility to work from home on ad hoc basis. As the incoming Accounts Assistant, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities: Maintain and organize financial records, including invoices, expenses, and transactions. Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet management, and correspondence. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve financial inquiries. As the successful candidate for this role, you will ideally have some previous experience working in a similar level accountancy role.
