Your Role!
We are now looking foran enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our Independent Living team,someone who shares our commitment and motivation to make a difference. Ideallyyou will have experience of working with older people and understand their needs.In a busy and challenging environment you will provide a range of housingsupport services that enable residents to remain living independently in theirhomes; and will link with local services to prevent social isolation andpromote health and wellbeing.

About You!
With constantlychanging priorities we are looking for someone who will be self-motivated,capable of working with minimal supervision and able to demonstrate a proventrack record of dealing with customers, ideally in a social housingenvironment. You should also be a great communicator with excellent IT skills,which you will need to help provide an excellent and efficient service.
You will also ideallyhave:
1. Experience of working with older people in a support or care setting
2. Experience of networking, maintaining and developing effective working relationships with support agencies, Housing colleagues, and other voluntary and statutory agencies for the benefit of clients and documenting actions.
3. Experience of jointly undertaking Personal Plans, (including risk and needs assessment), with clients and their representatives and work towards achieving identified outcomes.
4. Knowledge of professional boundaries and safeguarding issues
