Job Description
Starting Rate of Pay: $17.80/hr CAD
Support a skilled and engaged team as a Steward, where your care and inspection of all flatware, tableware, and kitchen equipment will ensure a superior standard. In this role you will support the hotel by:
1. Ensure plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots & all cooking utensils are cleaned using the appropriate machinery.
2. Remove garbage and compost from the kitchen.
3. Follow the duties assigned by the shift supervisor.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stewarding kitchen areas.
5. Supply equipment requirements for kitchen and outlets.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous stewarding experience an asset.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
