Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises is a company established by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to, amongst other things, provide high quality property services to council run properties across the borough.
This role will be managing the day-to-day running of the B&B’s and Hostels for temporary accommodation for external clients.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supervising a team of accommodation assistants and accommodation cleaners.
2. Ensuring that a schedule of inspections for managed buildings is allocated appropriately.
3. Being the first point of contact for clients, including management and attendance at contract review meetings.
4. Managing client relationships and resolving issues/complaints.
The role requires the use of your own vehicle, and mileage will be paid. Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota every 4 weeks is also required, for which an additional allowance will be payable.
