With multiple offices in the region, this firm has been providing exceptional legal services for over 250 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. The Role As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, the successful candidate will: Provide valuable support to Legal Practitioners in the Residential Conveyancing Department, assisting with client liaison and document preparation. Prepare compliance documentation, including Risk Analysis drafts and ID verification, for review and approval. Draft legal documents, emails, and forms under the supervision of the Legal Practitioner. Attend client meetings and assist in preparing transactions for completion. Manage financial aspects of cases, including posting slips, invoicing, and recording time. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role, candidates should possess: Previous paralegal experience (preferably within residential conveyancing). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, flexible approach, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency with IT systems and the ability to work well within a team environment. What’s on Offer?
