£75,000 – £80,000 + bonus
I am partnering with a top US Law Firm in their search for a HR Manager to join their well-established & resourced UK HR function. The business has been hugely successful historically and recently, and have all the aspirations in continuing this going forward. The HR Manager role will be looking after both a fee-earning and business services population & supporting a fantastic Senior HR Manager & HR Director.
Responsibilities:
* Provide advice on interpreting HR policies to managers and team leaders in alignment with local employment laws.
* Communicate and reinforce various legal personnel policies, such as compliance with schedules, vacation tracking, time and expense processing, and overall compliance.
* Support the performance review process for business services employees.
* Serve as the first point of contact for lawyers with inquiries or logistical concerns related to departures, exit interviews, and transitions.
* Assist with implementing and reviewing the health and wellbeing program and initiatives at the office.
* Collaborate with managers and team leaders to assess feedback from performance reviews and identify skill gaps across the organisation
Skills:
* A minimum of five years’ experience in generalist HR roles at a Law Firm.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven leadership experience and a solid understanding of employment law and its application.
* Sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
* Proactive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
* Strong team player with a focus on customer service.
