Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit an Inbound Telesales Advisor. As an Inbound Telesales Advisor you will be Increasing customer growth through inbound telesales, managing live customer interactions and registering prospective customers interest for our services, all while delivering excellent customer service This is not any old telesales role; we do things differently; we have a product that genuinely sets us apart from the competition, but also a sales process that reflects our ethos of being customer-centric. We have an ever-growing pipeline of potential customers that have told us they want to hear from us, and you get the exciting job of calling them with the great news that they are now able to order our service. Knowledge and experience: An Effective communicator with the ability to adapt your style to different customers and conversations where needed A target-driven person who is motivated to win customers. A dedicated team player who thrives on customer engagement via telephone, bridging the gap between Customer Services and the Sales team Experienced in Telesales (inbound, outbound or both) Experienced within telecoms is preferred but not essential If you are looking to make a difference, thrive in a growing business and share our ambition, we would love to hear from you In return, we offer a basic salary of £21.5K plus commission of up to £10k per year and as this is a permanent contract, we also offer fantastic training and development opportunities.
