Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Hybrid: 3 Days per week from our Newcastle Office
We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst for our Intacct product who will be responsible for end-to-end revenue operational processes and data management to accelerate the scaling and growth ambitions for the region (UKI, Australia and South Africa)
Goal in this role:
Working closely with Intacct sales, marketing, account management and customer success
teams you will strive to deliver and enhance operational effectiveness and excellence throughout Intacct.
What you will be responsible for:
• Assist in identifying sales and customer growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Create or promote reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, success leadership,
• highlighting key performance metrics.
• Provide insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain and optimise the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• system(s)
• Ensure accurate data entry, manage workflows, and troubleshoot any CRM-related issues.
• Collaborate with sales to improve data quality and streamline processes.
• Support sales enablement by providing necessary input and ideas for improving sales
• training and process stickiness
• Coordinate appropriate sales process intervention training or office hour sessions to
• reinforce process standards and expectations.
• Help educate new sales team members on key processes.
• Assist in sales forecasting, quota setting, and account allocations
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align sales goals with overall business
• objectives.
Key Responsibilities
First 90 days:
With support from your leader you will gain in depth knowledge of Intacct through Sage University. You will also align and engage with Key stakeholders to understanding the team function and eco system. This will be achieved by partaking in the weekly huddles which to understand what people are working on, participate in regular operating cadence and governance meetings an performance reviews.
