The successful Office Administrator will be responsible for general office administration duties and providing support to the Managing Director and wider team. Day-to-day duties in this position will include directing calls and emails, diary management, overseeing numerous email inboxes, maintaining a high level of client care and assisting with the preparation and completion of legal documentation alongside other ad-hoc support required. This Office Administrator position is an exciting opportunity to fulfil a really varied role whilst working amongst a really knowledgeable, high-performing team. Alongside general administration duties, the Office Administrator will also be responsible for planning meetings, pulling together key documents and writing minutes, liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers, and supporting with office management, whilst also maintaining tight office procedures and systems so attention to detail and organisation really will be vital for the role.
