Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Assistant with at least one year of experience in digital advertising (Paid Social). As a Paid Media Assistant, you will support our paid media team in planning, executing, optimising, and analysing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in setting up and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, with the opportunity to get involved in PPC activations.
2. Monitor daily performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement optimisations to meet KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
3. Analyse campaign data to identify trends and insights for optimisation.
4. Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad copy to enhance performance.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
6. Provide input on ad copy and visuals based on target audience insights.
7. Prepare regular performance reports and share key findings with stakeholders.
8. Track and report on return on ad spend (ROAS) and other relevant metrics.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and new ad formats to inform campaign strategies.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of campaign budgets and schedules.
11. Assist the Performance Marketing Manager with budget tracking.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing.
2. Proficiency in paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; experience in Pinterest Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager is desirable.
3. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Fospha).
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is desirable.
6. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
8. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
