Job Title: Store Controller

Job Overview:
Lough Erne Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Controller to oversee the efficient management of stock and supplies across the resort. This role ensures accurate stock levels, proper storage, and effective distribution to various departments, supporting the resort’s smooth day-to-day operations.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks and audits.
* Receive, inspect, and store all incoming goods, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
* Organise and manage storerooms, ensuring items are properly labelled and stored.
* Monitor stock usage across departments, ensuring timely replenishment and minimising waste.
* Process stock requests from different departments, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
* Maintain clear records of stock movement using internal systems.
* Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage deliveries and stock levels effectively.
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in storage and handling of goods.
* Assist in stock reconciliation and reporting for the finance and procurement teams.
* Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with deliveries.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience in stock control, stores, or inventory management, preferably within hospitality or retail.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Good numerical and IT skills, with experience using stock management systems.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift and move stock as required.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience working within a luxury hospitality environment.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
