Business Developer / Sales Development Representative
Location: Coulsdon
Full Time | Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (flexible working hours considered)
Salary: Competitive Salary £36,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

We’re looking for a passionate Telemarketer to join a fast-growing, £35 million turnover business in the building services industry. This is a brand-new team, created as part of our next phase of rapid growth. You’ll play a key role in building client relationships, supporting our Business Development team, and driving commercial success through high-quality CPD bookings.

What You’ll Do:
* Proactively contact potential specifiers daily to schedule CPD sessions that support client engagement and drive business development.
* Follow up on marketing-generated leads, converting them into meaningful CPD bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and bookings using our CRM system.
* Collaborate with BD and Marketing teams to align your strategy with campaigns and lead channels, helping us maximise every opportunity.
* Provide ongoing feedback and insights from CPD sessions to optimise our approach and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Marketing role.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Creativity and initiative—you bring ideas, not just execution.
* A good grasp of business strategy.
* A qualification in Marketing or a related Business field.
* Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., design software, email marketing platforms).
