We have an opportunity for a Cell Coordinator to join our Homelift Material Control and Distribution Team in our brand new factory in Andover.
This job will have elements of hands-on work getting our Uplifts Homelift product ready for installation. You will be required to action holiday approval, return to work process, approve overtime, action emails, and join daily and weekly meetings.
Cell Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all work within the team is completed in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Policies and Safe Systems of work.
2. Ensure work priorities are understood and communicated throughout the team.
3. Manage around five direct reports.
4. Ensure shipping paperwork is created correctly and ready for products to be shipped, liaising with the Global Logistics team as appropriate.
5. Ensure team output complies with capacity and demand requirements, supporting the team as needed, and keeping the Operations Manager informed of progress against daily plans and deliveries.
6. Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring all required data is collated within the required timeframe.
Cell Coordinator Requirements:
1. Be computer literate with Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft.
2. Experience within a modern manufacturing and distribution environment.
3. Experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
