Summary:
The temporaryAdministrative Assistant will collaborate with NursingInvestigators to draft and send letters to licensees and attorneysfollowing the determination of complaints during triage.
Responsibilities:
* Select the appropriate letter template and accuratelyinput investigation data with high attention to detail.
* Utilize Microsoft Office software with a strong emphasison Excel for sorting data designing spreadsheets and creatingaccurate data plots.
* Learn new softwarequickly and extract data from multiple websites.
* Maintain both electronic and manual files within largedatabases.
* Operate office equipment such ascopiers printers fax machines and scanners.
* Answer emails with minimal supervision while maintainingconfidentiality.
* Perform other clerical dutiesas assigned.
PreferredQualifications:
* Associatesdegree or posthigh school education as a legalsecretary.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft OfficeSuite: Excel Word and Outlook.
* Experience insetting up and managing electronic files.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with thepublic in person and over the phone.
* Abilityto learn proprietary software quickly.
* Over 2years of experience handling large databases in an organized andlogical manner.
* Proficient typingskills.
