Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Residential Duty Warden to join our dynamic team at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus. If you're passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and vibrant living environment for students, this role is for you! You'll play a key role in ensuring students feel secure, engaged, and empowered during their time with us.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Championing student welfare by ensuring a safe and supportive residential experience.
Enforcing curfews, managing incidents, and providing first-line support for medical or welfare concerns.
Keeping detailed records, reporting incidents, and ensuring seamless handovers to maintain operational excellence.
Overseeing residence operations, including key management, CCTV monitoring, and event support.
Welcoming new students with thorough inductions and ensuring adherence to college rules.
