* 1 x Social Worker (Short-Term Cover)
Support foster carers, ensuring high standards of care and fostering retention within the system.
3. Pathways Team 1
* 4 x Social Worker Positions
Assist young people transitioning from care to independent living, providing guidance to help them thrive.
4. Assessment Teams
* 8 x Social Worker Positions
Conduct assessments for children and families, identifying needs and risks to inform care planning.
5. SCP Teams
* 20 x Social Worker Positions
Support children and families involved in child protection, ensuring effective and timely interventions.
6. Aspire Team
* 2 x Social Worker Positions
Focus on early intervention, supporting children in care and at risk, and empowering families for lasting improvements.
7. Pre-Birth Team
* 1 x Social Worker Position
Support expectant parents and families, ensuring the safety and welfare of babies before and after birth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality social work services, assessing and managing risks to children and families.
* Collaborate with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive care.
* Ensure all interventions are child-centered and adhere to best practices and legislation.
* Prepare accurate reports and case files, meeting required standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
About You:
We’re looking for candidates who:
* Hold a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent).
* Are registered with Social Work England.
* Have relevant experience in social work, particularly within children's services.
* Have knowledge of child protection procedures, legislation, and safeguarding frameworks.
* Possess excellent communication, assessment, and analytical skills.
* Are committed to delivering high-quality, child-focused services.
