Job Responsibilities:
4. Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for the people who could use our products
5. Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods
6. Design studies that address both user behaviour and attitudes
7. Ability to work independently and autonomously
8. Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders
9. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
10. Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing
11. Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
Requirements:
12. 5-10 years of applied UX research experience including qualitative and quantitative research
13. Experience with creating discussion guides
14. Experience conducting In-Depth Interviews or Focus Groups and Concept Testing or Usability Testing
15. Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives
