The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for working with Account Managers and providing a variety of administration support ranging from order processing to updating customers with estimated delivery times. You will be responsible for managing your own workload as well as contributing towards the team and supporting each other when workloads fluctuate. You will work to SLAs to ensure all parties are up to date with key information and will be highly organised with good attention to detail.
Job Role Responsibilities
* Working alongside experienced salespeople providing quotes and sourcing specific goods, ensuring a smooth-running sales process.
* Coordinating the workflow of sales support services to designated salespeople.
* Placing orders onto the internal database.
* Obtaining pricing for product requests from the sales team.
* Dealing with general customer enquiries while liaising with customer services and the accounts department.
* Good Customer Service Skills.
* Other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
* Self-motivated.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Strong team player.
* Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints sufficiently.
* Hybrid Working (3 days in / up to 2 days remote if required, after probation which is 3 months).
* Salary - £26,000 and quarterly bonus of up to £500.
* Location – close to the M4 with a modern, up to date living space and ample parking.

Experience
* Proven track record within a similar role.
* Understanding of B2B processes desirable but not essential.
