Your Role: Working alongside the Business Improvement Manager, you'll be at the heart of our assurance and improvement efforts-gathering and analysing data, customer feedback, and audit insights to help drive strategic progress. Your role will support: Delivery of high-quality assurance reporting Identification of business risks and opportunities Design and implementation of process improvements Monitoring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency You'll engage with teams across the organisation to understand challenges and support change initiatives that lead to measurable, customer-focused results.
