* Prepare tender documentation and manage full processes above threshold
* Support procurement strategy delivery within assigned category areas
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Carry out benchmarking activities and market analysis
* Negotiate with suppliers
* Advise on procurement process and look to improve procedures where possible
The Person:
* Previous experience within the Public Sector
* PCR2015 knowledge
* Ability to work multiple projects at once
