They will use their experience and expertise to support the Associate Bid Director or Bid Manager, understanding client requirements. This position requires a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to evaluate, monitor, and present information and data. Our bid coordinators have solid problem-solving and organizational skills, taking a proactive approach to their work. The Proposal Coordinator works effectively in a dynamic environment, thriving under deadlines and completing tasks to a high standard. Responsibilities: Organise and coordinate key activities at positioning stage, including win strategy workshops. Work with the MPT bid lead and capture manager to mobilise technical, commercial, and marketing resources ahead of procurement. Ensure effective use of work winning processes and tools to optimise winning opportunities. Develop and coordinate PQQ and tender activities, maintaining governance schedules, bid programmes, and progress trackers. Review PQQs, RFPs, and other documents and coordinate winning responses. Source and review content to provide relevant information to the Bid Manager. Prepare templates, CVs, case studies, and occasionally storyboards. Work with bid contributors to manage and monitor progress. Flag risks to the bid lead and support progress monitoring against identified risks. Ensure a compliant, error-free document is delivered to the client on time. Assist in the preparation of presentations for specific pursuits. Manage the bid close-out process post-submission. Coordinate internal debrief and lessons learned activities, providing input to bid-specific sessions. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary proposals. An eye for detail and personal pride in all aspects within your control. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A methodical approach to supporting bids and business development activities. Professional and collaborative, building credibility with colleagues. Works positively under pressure, delivering quality output to deadlines. An experienced and efficient multi-tasker. Open to occasional co-located work with the bid team. Additional Information While this is a hybrid role with limited office attendance, flexibility to co-locate or travel to other cities as needed is required, depending on project requirements.
