The ideal candidate should be ambitious, a driven school leader with a proven track record in working with teams to successfully lead change. The successful applicant will be part of our proactive senior leadership team and play a crucial role in leading our special educational needs provision across the school, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed. We are looking for someone who is: a qualified teacher with a strong understanding of special educational needs, including the SEND Code of Practice, and dedicated to getting the best outcomes for all pupils; an strong leader with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; empathetic with a solid understanding of children's development and learning needs; able to use data to accelerate the progress of pupils with SEND; able to lead staff in developing their knowledge and expertise; be a strategic thinker who can develop innovative solutions to challenges; a team player who is eager to contribute to our school community.
