Based in Horncastle - we are recruiting for a Administration Assistant on a temporary basis. The working hours are 8.30am - 5pm with half an hour lunch Monday to Friday.
Main duties will include liaising with existing customers, dealing with sales and data input, preparing quotes, answering the telephone and reception cover when required, spreadsheets using Excel, portal work, general administration and dealing with customer queries. Another aspect of this position will be packing in the warehouse when needed so flexibility within the role is a must for the candidate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills and have worked in a similar position previously.
