This is a key leadership role responsible for driving quality performance, regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Quality function and ensure ongoing ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance Drive continuous improvement in product quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, KPIs, training, and internal auditin Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality goals are met. Manage supplier quality, returns, concessions, calibration, and documentation Support implementation of data collection systems and improvement initiatives across the factor Lead, develop, and mentor the Quality team The Person: It is anticipated that the successful candidate will come from a similar background and will be looking for the next challenge in their career. Self-starting and motivated, applicants will also need to satisfy the following: Degree-qualified Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing.
