This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Salary on offer is approx £28-32,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience) plus Uncapped Commission, Car Allowance, Laptop, Phone and Fantastic Benefits as below!
As a Recruiter in our Chester office you will report into the Branch Manager with the following responsibilities:
Source candidates to place into temporary assignments throughout Chester and the surrounding areas
Answer all branch enquiries via email/ phone form both clients and candidates
Complete payroll weekly for 70+ temporary workers within the branch
Write engaging job adverts and post on our job board web platform
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, gaining and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Keep all records up to date in the CRM system
Complete all telephone screens and face to face/ what’s app video registrations with candidates ensuring they are suitable for the job role
Speak with clients daily, and visit their premises on a regular basis so your own transport is essential
Negotiate terms with candidates and clients
