As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you'll be a key driver in implementing Lean Six Sigma principles across the organization. This role bridges strategic objectives with day-to-day operations, helping the company achieve world-class standards in efficiency, quality, and performance. You’ll collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, coach project leaders, and execute initiatives that contribute to meaningful operational savings and performance enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Align with strategic goals and execute Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives.
* Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma practitioners (Yellow and Green Belts).
* Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to achieve OpEx savings targets.
* Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), waste reduction, quality, and process efficiency.
* Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities (8 Wastes).
* Train and empower teams at all levels in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
* Facilitate key improvement activities and ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
* Identify training gaps and assist in delivering targeted Lean Six Sigma training programs.
* Promote a positive mindset and culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
* Lean Six Sigma Certification (Yellow or Green Belt).
* Proven experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience working cross-functionally to achieve measurable financial benefits.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation.
