Position: BDM - 35-40k basic plus 8-12k commission
Role Overview:
The role will develop but initially, it would be mainly office-based, working on the phone and teams on an ever-growing number of leads and enquiries. An experienced consultative telephone salesperson would appear ideal at first. Over time, the number of clients you see would grow, often in your beautiful office/showroom.

Training:
The sales director and the experienced BDM will combine to give you the industry knowledge you need to start in high-ticket sales. While you are learning, the role will be mainly internal but multi-faceted.
