We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client's dynamic MSP team! If you thrive on solving complex IT issues and enjoy working with a variety of clients, this could be the perfect role for you. My client is a leader in the IT Managed Services space and is always on the hunt for talented individuals with a hunger to learn and progress and a passion for IT and Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide advanced technical support for Hardware and Software issues
2. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
3. Provide technical support for networking, infrastructure and Cloud technology
4. Deliver exceptional customer service with the ability to go above and beyond
5. Hands-on technical problem-solving approach
6. Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a methodical way
Key Skills:
1. 3+ Years MSP experience
2. Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID
3. Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019)
4. Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems
5. Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
6. Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and general support and troubleshooting
7. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN Tech
8. Experience or Understanding of PowerShell Scripting (Desirable)
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
Work Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
