Successful Garage Door, entrance door and patio awning installation company is looking for an experienced Manager for their Watford Branch. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team and manage the planning, co-ordination and operation of the branch.
Responsibilities will include; Managing a team of 4 staff Placing Bespoke Orders Pricing/Quotes Handling enquiries and sales of Garage Doors and related products Unloading and Checking Deliveries Responding to emails Dealing with telephone enquiries from the general public, work colleagues and suppliers Dealing with customers face to face Some heavy lifting involved Check condition and quantities of all delivered goods against delivery notes Essential Skills/Competencies: Sales Skills Leadership Skills Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively Experience with Pricing/Quotes Experience Placing Bespoke Orders Excellent communication skills both written and verbally IT literate Ability to Work in a Team Environment Strong attention to detail Clean driving licence - a maximum of 3 points is acceptable - no DD's or DR's Desirable Skills Experience working in the Garage Door/Construction Industry, builders merchants, home improvements etc. Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm plus Saturday 9.00 - 12.30pm on a rota basis Benefits of working with The Best Connection Excellent pay rates 24/7 contact with consultants Pension Contributions Online payslips
