A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and dynamic administrator to join the close-knit and supportive Integrated Community Teams.
The Integrated Community Team is based in North Moor House and provides community mental health services for people aged 18 - 65 years old and living in Hambleton and Richmonshire rural district.
This facility is on the outskirts of Northallerton and is easily accessible by car, and bicycle with on-site parking.

Main duties of the job
Whilst having previous experience in an administrative role is essential, NHS or other health care experience is not. We are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion for people, customer service experience, extensive organisational skills, an interest in working in a health care setting and a 'can do' attitude.
This role is at the heart of a dedicated and caring team and is a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. As part of the administration team you will work closely with the medical secretaries, Consultants and Nursing colleagues, supporting them in ensuring that high standards are maintained and they have everything they need to provide the best possible care for the service users.
We are looking for someone who feels comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment, can communicate confidently, is thorough and takes pride in their work, can build strong working relationships with a variety of people, can prioritise their workload and work to deadlines.

1. Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
2. Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role. Where an applicant does not have the above qualifications or are unable to provide evidence of the certification, the applicant MUST achieve the required standards during their probationary period.
