Requirements:

Key responsibilities include conducting hearings in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session, providing advocacy in tribunals, arbitration, and mediation, and working closely with experts and counsel. Strong communication and organisational skills, along with a positive and responsive approach to client demands, are essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members is also important.
