Our client, a prominent organisation in the Southampton area, is currently seeking a Learning & Change Enablement Executive to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will be pivotal in supporting learning and development initiatives that drive organisational change and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with developing and implementing L&D strategies that align with business goals
Facilitating change management processes to ensure smooth transitions
In conjunction with the HR team, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes to meet specific needs
Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives
Evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions and making recommendations for improvement
Providing support and guidance to employees throughout the change process
Utilising data and feedback to continuously enhance L&D initiatives
Job Requirements:
Experience in Learning and Development and/or HR Teams
A background in supporting programs
Good Excel Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience contributing effectively to innovation, efficiency, and engagement initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills
Relevant qualification in L&D or a related discipline is preferred
