Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality consultancy services.
* Oversee project management and the delivery of terrestrial ecology projects.
* Engage with clients to maintain and expand relationships, securing new business.
* Participate in business development and networking events.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
* Strong knowledge of UK ecology and environmental legislation.
* Expertise in protected species surveys and mitigation.
* Experience managing a terrestrial ecology portfolio and advising clients.
* Consultancy experience with business development exposure (preferred).
* Natural England protected species licence (or equivalent).
* CIEEM / Chartered status (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence.
