Salary: £27,000 plus bonus (OTE Year 1 £36,000 +)

Due to a retirement my client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor to work in a team of 4, where you will be providing parts advice to existing clients who are needing replacement parts for their commercial/plant vehicles.
Roles and Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include:
* Communicate with customer and suppliers
* Develop and follow up enquiries
* Identify customers parts requirements
* Sourcing suppliers, web research
* Improve product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
* Accept and process customer orders
* Customer / supplier liaison
* Work with key accounts
* Customer and product support - dealing with customers queries / issues
To be successful in the role of the Parts Advisor you must have:
* Customer service / sales experience
* Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts
* Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
* Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework
* Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail

* Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00
