Seeking multiple Patient Coordinator Support on behalf on a long standing client.
Working hours: 9-5 or 8-4
Contract: Temporary 3 month contract
In this role, you will be managing calls and scheduling patient appointments efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle calls for outpatient and inpatient services with efficiency and professionalism.
* Provide essential telephone support to patients, families and addressing inquiries effectively.
* Accurately book appointments.
* Maintain and update documentation and systems promptly, following GDPR.
* Provide reception cover as needed.
