Part-Time Temporary-Permanent Administrator needed for an Engineering company in Harlow. A client of ours in the Harlow area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This a flexible office based Part-Time position - working hours to suit the right candidate, paying £12.00-£13.00 per hour depending on experience. Administration duties include but are not limited to: Act as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person. Organise filing systems and update office databases. Support the senior management team in several aspects of human resourcing including hiring and health and safety. Support the Operations Manager in the ongoing administration of the quality management system and producing monthly reports. Process invoices, track receipts, input expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks. Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms. Support senior management as required to help with workload and by completing other general administrative tasks. Essential Qualifications & Experience for this Administrator position: Administration experience, ideally within a Manufacturing company. Computer proficient, particularly in the use of Excel, Outlook and Word. Punctual and reliable with good time management skills. Have good written and verbal communication skills. Be able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
